Let Your Journey to Wellness begin here

The Whole Person

I believe in a holistic approach to counseling. We will explore your habits, patterns, lifestyle choices and mindset. The primary goal to counseling is to create change and supporting your wellbeing is one of the most efficient paths to that change. Sometimes...most times, the "whole person" includes discussing faith and spirituality. If that is something you're longing to understand within yourself, I would be happy to help you with that as well!

Finding Purpose and Identity

What are you designed to do on this earth? Identity is common topic discussed in therapy. I am committed to helping you to better understand yourself and your purpose by asking hard questions. We will explore trauma and barriers, self esteem/self confidence, goals, future planning, self awareness and much more.

Stress, overwhelm, depression and anxiety impact our ability to be high functioning and high achieving individuals. That can be addressed by giving your life the commitment and dedication it deserves. Better options and better choices result in a better life.

Maternal Wellness

My passion for this niche comes from my own experiences as a woman and a mother. I believe that so much fulfilling identity is found within motherhood and not before or after you’re out of the “hard parts”. I am honored to be able to help so many women to find that for themselves as well. Believe me when I tell you that the hard is good and that is where your growth will be found. I am passionate about sharing tools and knowledge with the women I work with so that they are better able to tolerate distress, problem solve and take care of themselves, their baby and their family.

I have received specialized training through Postpartum Support International

Teen Girls

Navigating the phase of life between childhood and adulthood can be difficult for many girls. With so many factors at play, such as hormones friendships, dating, grades, future planning, home life, extra curriculars, body image, and self-esteem, its no wonder that many girls struggle. Having a support person outside of their parents and friends to talk to and gain insight from can be incredibly beneficial for girls during this time!
