"Know what you do and do what you know". Im a licensed professional mental health counselor and have been working directly with clients in a counseling role since 2013. I wont bore you with my back story, although Id be happy  to share it if you're interested. What you really want to know is if you'll be able to connect with me and if I will be able to provide you with guidance and support that is impactful. Our sessions will be goal orientated while emphasizing the need for you to make personal changes in order to meet those goals. We will work together to overcome barriers, set realistic expectations and use your strengths to make the progress you're looking for. I always do my best to guide clients by leading with empathy and curiosity. While you're not always responsible for your pain, you are responsible for healing from it. Let me help you do that.
